Repetition of work makes the man bore.
Workers become monotonous when he has a feeling of futility in continuing the work. It becomes manifest when the individual finds his work, presenting no challenge.
When the interest of worker in the immediate accomplishment of work is gone.
It is heavily affected by the personality, attitude and the interest of a worker.
Excessive tiredness—mental or physiological.
When workers mind is not concentrated on work, he becomes monotonous.
