What is the selection procedure of IBPS for selecting PO candidates ?

At first you need to write the online examination, on dates prescribed by IBPS (usually two times a year ). If you got sufficient scores you will be called for Interview by various banks. The total Interview marks are 100. The weightage ratio between IBPS written test and Interview is 80:20. The successful candidates will be merit listed and depending on the availability of state-wise vacancies, the allotment process will begin with due consideration to reservation and other rules prescribed by the Government.
