What all are needed for Registration of Trade Unions in India?

Any seven or more members of a trade union ran, by subscribing their names to the rules of the trade un; an and by otherwise complying with the provisions this Act, apply for registration under the Act, The application has to be made to the Registrar of Trade Unions. This application must be accompanied by a copy of the rules of the trade union and a statement of the following particulars:
(1) the names, occupations and addresses of the members making the application;
(2) the name of the trade union and the address of its head office; and
(3) the titles, names ages, addresses and occupations of the office bearers of the trade union;
(4) Trade Union is entitled to registration only if its executive is constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Act and its rules provide for the following matters, namely:
(a) the name of the Trade Union;
(b) the whole of its objects;
© the whole of the purposes for which the general funds of the Trade Union shall be applicable under Sec. 19;
(d) the maintenance of a list of the members of the Trade Union and adequate facilities for the inspection there of by the office-bearers and members of the Trade Union;
(e) the admission of ordinary members who shall be persons actually engaged or employed in the industry with which the Trade Union is connected, and also the admission of the number of honorary or temporary office-bearers to form the executive of the trade Union;
Honorary or temporary members who may be office-bearers need not be persons actually engaged in the trade or indusrtry with which the Trade Union is concerned.
(f) the payment of a subscription by the members of the Trade Union which shall be not less than 25 paise per month per member ;
On non-payment of subscription in accordance with the bye-laws of a Trade Union a person will cease to be its member. However, it is the duty of office-bearers not to refuse acceptance of subscription unreasonably.
(g) the conditions under which any member shall be entitled to any benefit assured by the rules and conditions under which fines may be imposed on the members;
(h) the menner in which the rules shall be amended, varied or rescinded;
(i) the manner in which the members of the executive and other office-bearers of the Trade Uno. shall be appointed and removed;
(j) the safe custody of the Trade Union, and annual audit of the accounts thereof, and adequate facilities for the inspection of the account books by office-bearers and members of the Trade Union; and
(k) the manner in which the Trade Union may be dissolved.
