Hello
My IBPS PO exam is over and I expect pretty good marks and an interview call. Please tell me some sample questions that usually asks for IBPS Interviews. If you can provide model answers also to the interview questions, that will be great ..

Some common questions that I heard to have asked previously is as follows..
# Do you feel this position is a promotion, a lateral move, a broadening of your professional experience, or just a change? Why do you think so?
# How does this position fit into your overall career goals?
# Describe the duties of your current job.
# What do you dislike most about your current job?
# What is favourite part of your current job and why is it so?
# What are the three college courses that best prepared you for your current job?
# What qualities or experiences make you the best candidate for this position?
# Describe two or three major trends in your profession today.
# Describe the best boss and the worse boss you have ever had.
# Describe your ideal job.
# What would your coworkers or your supervisor say about you?
# Can you describe how you go about solving problems? Please give us some examples.
# What is the most significant conflict you have ever been involved in at work?
# What new programmes or services would you start if offered the position?

In General expect questions in the following catagories...
1. Questions based on your profile – Be sure about every word you written in your profile, Expect particular questions to those who have higher qualifications like PG and those having Engineering Degrees. Those having previous experience will be having particular questions related to your organizations and responsibilities. Expect questions related to your family and your extra curricular activities and hobbies.
2. Questions related to Banking theory and terms.- Some questions can be expected on Banking theory. Update on latest happenings on Banking field. A good Degree level Banking theory book reading will help you in this section.
3. Also expect questions related to Current Affairs and GK.

My Name is Raheem Mansoor Khan.
In all my certificates it is written as KHAN RAHEEM MANSOOR.(sir name is written first)
But in Aadhar card and IBPS it is written as RAHEEM MANSOOR KHAN.
i am very much tense about this
