I am 28 years old and have a degree in Home Science. I would like to apply for the SBI PO examination , can I apply for the post ?

Yes you can apply. The notification says the essential qualification for SBI PO are 

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government and

Age Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.04.2018.. So definitely you can apply for the post
