B.Ed (Correspondence) from Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad - Is it approved by UGC?

Could you please let me know the validity of the cerficates issued by the subject Instituition / Course, lucknow, UP ? I mean whether that course is approved by the UGC or we will encounter any objection from the Ministry/Boards to get a job with this course in schools under the State Govt/Central Govts (other than private convents/schools)...
