I am ignou student of MCA course II sem exam written and my doubt is i paid fees for january session 2010 on dec 19th (DD drawn) with fine 9000 rs. and posted it on 21 dec Monday. Last date for submission application is 20th dec with fine but it is on sunday. i am a banglore region student. is my application will be consider or not?????????
