I am a 27 year old Chartered Accountant and am now eager to try for the IAS. Is there any age factor?

To be eligible for the Indian Civil Services Examination (ICSE) under which IAS is one of the services, the candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August of the year of notification, with relaxations. As such you are eligible to take up the ICSE.
