Am I too late for CAT?

I am currently in 7th sem of my B. Tech (ECE). I am looking forward for taking MBA Course which will be highly beneficial to get a good job.

Please advice how to proceed and as subject says "Am I too late for CAT?" as I haven't started preparing for it. Don't even know what's the syllabus.


Please HELP!!!
