Fellowship for PhD at IIST Tvm

I want to apply for PhD in Geology at IIST Tvm. How is the fellowship provided?

The scholars selected for IIST Ph.D programme will be initially given a fellowship of Rs.16,000/- or Rs.18,000/-per month for the first two years based on the qualifications. The fellowship will be enhanced to Rs.18,000/- or Rs.20,000/- respectively after two years based on a progress review.
