I am confused between ibps it officer scale 1 and scale 2. so please help me and give your answers.

scale -1 is the junoir level which is first step from manager level
scale-3-highest level
scale-2-b/n scale3-1
scale-1-junior as mentioned low level

my friend at newly appointed given first as scale-1 officer
it is diff in position in ranking
scale-3 officer highest level or position
scale-2 officer b/n scale 3& 2
scale-1 officer junior level--i.e first level

hi frdz,,,, am jst complted ma btech degree ( applied electrnics and instumentation).. now am applying ibps speclst offcer it scale 1.... wt about the syllabus..?????? proffesional knwledge????
