Hi, I am from India and want to apply for my undergraduate studies in UK. However the educational bank loan interest rates are very high here. But a friend of mine told me that I could get a government bank loan from UK itself if I have someone staying there. Fortunately I have a lot of my relatives in UK. Is there a way they can take a loan on my behalf and when I finish the course I pay the bank back? If yes, how?
