Fashion Designing courses are generally offered to students after plus two. The course imparts training in all the aspects of garment manufacture. However, the quality of training varies from institute to institute. Immediately after the announcement of plus two results, you can either look out for the notification in leading newspapers or contact the colleges concerned.
Apart from the above, the Government Women Polytechnic at SJ Polytechnic Campus, M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic, Mathikere and VET-BVL Polytechnic at J.P. Nagar also offer diploma (3 years duration) in Fashion Designing eligibility for which is SSLC qualification.
Fashion Designers find employment with textile manufacturers, garment export houses (private and government services) garment manufacturers, fashion show organizers and trade fair authorities, film, theater, video and television industry apart from the option of starting your own label. At present the industry is red hot and if you are good then you can go places.

You can go for Diploma in fashion designing in Bangalore. A Diploma course is a short term programme designed and structured to train and educate students in a niche topic that can be studied independently. Fashion designing is one such subject. There are different levels of diploma courses; entry-level diploma, graduate diploma courses and PG(Post Graduate) diploma courses.

There are lot of fashion designing courses which you can join depending upon your qualification. You can join short term diploma courses in fashion designing after 10th. If you have passed 12th you have option to choose for fashion design degree courses. If you are graduate you can opt for post graduate courses i.e. MSc or MBA.
