job or MCA??

hey friends,
I m Ratika Gupta...I m presently doing BCA IIIyr from Intregral University.....I m really confused about what should i do...should i go for a job or should i do MCA
i didn't have Maths in 10+2 ..but i have lots of interest in programming..
i had earlier planned for doing certification courses n then going for the job
but by seeing the condition of the market i m totally confused
for MCA i haven't started any preparation as also
plz do reply what should i do????

if u a select a job after bca by just doing some extra courses mostly u got a job in call center which should not be intresting for u...............?

for getting a job in software developer field with a good salaryu must have to do MCA ...........!!!
