CBSE exam reference books

I am a Class XII student and want to know whether the question papers are mainly NCERT book-oriented. And also, what kind of books I should refer to for CBSE?

You are advised to go through the sample question paper. There are no tricky questions, but the questions are based on knowledge, understanding and application. It will be good if you follow the syllabus prescribed. NCERT textual material is sufficient for all your references. If you have finished the NCERT textbooks, then you can see another reference book, particularly in Mathematics and Science, for more practice.
