I think CAT is first step of ACCA course isn't it? And I think I should not give exam of CAT if we have passed +2, is it true? I am planing to study CA course in India and I have passed +2 now what should I do. Is it necessary to give CAT or not?

I am from science and I want to study on CAT . I am not familiar with this and I have not got any person to take advice about this matter . So I want to know it here . I am in confusion that is it applicable for me . I mean I am from science then can I understand this while studying or will it be very difficult for me ?
