The blank application form and prospectus may be obtained from the Registrar's office, University of Horticultural Sciences, Sector No.60, Navanagar, Bagalkot-587102 either in person or through post by sending a Demand Draft purchased on or after the Date of this notification along with request application. Candidates seeking application through post shall send a self addressed envelope (A-4 size) affixing Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty only) postage stamps.

SC/ST/Cat-l Candidates Rs.250/- (on production of a copy of valid caste certificate)

DD in favour of The Comptroller, UHS, Bagalkot. (Payable at Bagalkot)
DD should be obtained in any Nationalized Banks only.
