Telecommunication executive after BTech

I completed my B.Tech and prefer to be a telecommunication executive. Is it possible?

A person should possess a BE or B.Tech degree in telecommunication engineering, computer engineering, a BE in electrical engineering, or a BE in electronics with communications as a subject. A candidate is also eligible if he or she has passed the Associate Membership Examination of the Institute of Engineers (AMIE) in electronics and telecommunication.
