BLDE University lost recognition ?

Please tell me whether BLDE University lost their recognition from UGC ? What about the programs of the university ? They also lost affiliation ?

yes, BLDE University lost its deemed University status in 2010 following a blacklisting by ministry of HRD visit the news page

later supreme court stayed the decision. it now runs as a deemed university, but the final verdict of the court is yet to come.
