Documents required applying for LLD at NLSIU Bangalore

I have completed PhD in law and opt to do LLD at National Law School of India University, Bangalore. What all are the documents that need to be attached with the application form to apply for the course?

* The candidates should submit an outline of the scheme of research intended for the thesis (Research Proposal) about 10 to 12 pages.
* A certificate from the Institution concerned testifying the length of service, wherever required;
* An attested photo copy of the Eligibility Qualification Certificates and mark sheets;
* One set of published papers, monographs, articles and books, if any.
