Module pattern for XLRI MPOD course

I would like to know the module pattern offered for MPOD (Master Program in Organization Development and Change) offered by XLRI?

XLRI MPOD will be conducted in 6 modules spread over 15 months. The modules will be conveniently spaced 10 to 12 weeks apart-thereby making the program flexible.

Each module will be of four to seven days' duration. Four of these modules will be held at XLRI Jamshedpur or other Indian locations. The final two modules will be held back-to-back over a fortnight at Weatherhead's CWRU campus in Cleveland.
The intervening periods between program modules will involve project work, self-study, and online guidance by the program faculty at XLRI and Weatherhead.
