Reason :
Statement 2 is correct coz a process can make transition in ready queue after completion of I/O request in blocked/wait state while any other process is executing in the cpu ...
statement 3 is correct because a direction direct to ready queue from running state is shown ..
statement 1 is incorrect as their is no reference that whenever a process is terminated a new process always created . i.e sometime new process may b created and sometimes may not b ...
hence option © is most appropriate ...
i request the uploader to correct his answer key given ..
