I am doing my final year BTech. Can I apply for the University Entry Scheme for men permanent commission July 2014?

If you are into final year in 2012, you are not eligible to apply, as the Indian Army Pre Final Year University Entry Scheme for July 2014 is intended for Engineering Degree students studying in Pre-Final Year (III year) in academic session 2012-13 for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army.
