I would like to know the benefits got under Inspire Scholarship offered by DST.

Eligible candidates will receive annually scholarship @ total value Rs. 80,000 per candidate. The cash value payable to the SHE scholarship holder is Rs. 60,000 per annum alongwith a summer time attachment fee of Rs. 20,000 which will be paid to the mentoring institution for undertaking summer time project.

The scholarships are limited only to the candidates studying courses in natural/basic sciences at B.Sc., B.Sc (Hons), integrated M.Sc/ MS programs in any one of the recognized institutions in India. The scheme in its current format does not include courses in engineering, medicine, technology and other professional / applied science courses.

Thanks for the info. Last year I had to opt for student loan to make my living but the interest rate is pretty high so I don't want to do this anymore

i have got the ist letter which has been mis placed during shifting of my home . you had selected me . but i have not recieved the second one yet and i don't remember my registration no. what should i do .
