If doing PG in France, can I do internship in Italy?

I am going to do MDS in France. Is it compulsory that the internship also should be done there itself?

Students can do course internships in any of the 25 Schengen states.This means that a student studying in France on a long stay visa for a Masters course can do internship in Germany or Italy.
