Can you give me the URL, from where can I get the application form to apply for Inspire Scholarship 2012?

Application available online at www.inspire-dst.gov.in/requirement.html and for offline www.inspire-dst.gov.in/inspire-advertisement.phd.

After Online submission of application, the Applicant must send the Hard copy of the submitted application alongwith all necessary documents to the Director, National Institute of Science, Technology & Development Studies (NISTADS), Dr K S Krishnan Marg, New Delhi-110012, by Ordinary Post only
The envelope should mention on top "Application for INSPIRE Scholarship for 2012" program.

I am in But I am seeing here that Its for science only . I was in science in High school and also in higher secondary . Now I have completed my graduation in journalism . So can I apply there ? If yes then I will and if no then please show me a easy way to do that . Thank you .
