Can I know the application process to apply for Indian Army Military Nursing Service B.Sc. Nursing or GNM for 2013?

Candidates need to type the format in A4 paper.
Documents to be attached with the application form:
Attested copy of 10th and +2 mark sheet, caste certificate, GAP certificate (if an interval for more than two years in between your 10th and 11th admissions), 3 copies of admit card, self addressed 7Rs. Stamp pasted 28X12cm covers (4 no’s), Non Liability certificate for widows and those legally separated, Legal document for legally separated candidates, NOC if employed.
