What are the after effects that occur due to fatigue to the employees in an organisation?

(1) Physical and mental health of the worker are adversely affected.
(2) Fatigue affects the productivity and efficiency of the workers which ultimately affects the production, the costs and the quality of the production.
(3) There are some other effects also such as wastage of material increase in the possibilities of accidents etc.
