Eligibility for BArch through MASA CAP

I have completed +2. I want to apply for BArch. For that I am planning to apply for MASA (Maharashtra Association Of Schools Of Architecture) CAP (Centralized Allotment Process) for 2013 session. What is the eligibility needed other than +2?

You need to have a valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture for the academic year 2013-2014 (with minimum 40%) and Passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject and secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in the HSC (Std XII) examination.
