Benefits given for SIA Youth Scholarship

My brother wishes to apply for SIA Youth Scholarship to do his studies in Singapore. Can I get the details of grants given under SIA Youth Scholarship?

SIA Youth Scholarship includes the following grants:
• Annual allowance of S$2.400 per annum with hostel accommodation – One-time settling-in allowance of S$500
• Coverage of school fees (excluding miscellaneous fees)
• Coverage of GCE A” Level (or equivalent) examination fees (once only, if applicable)
• Return economy class air passage
• Subsidised medical benefits and accident insurance cover.
