Maharashtra Post HSC Diploma 2013 application form

I have completed +2 and is planning to do Diploma in Pharmacy in Maharashtra Government Colleges. From where can I get the application kit to apply for Post HSC Diploma 2013 admissions of Maharashtra Government?

Information Brochure and Application Kit will be available for sale at the cost of Rs. 400/- for General Category candidates (Rs. 300/- for Reserved Category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in Cash at all Application Form Receipt Centres (ARCs). List is published on www.dte.org.in/posthscdiploma2013
It is mandatory for the aspiring candidates to procure the Information Brochure and Application Kit from respective ARC for a respective course. The Application Kit consists of Application ID and Password, by which the candidate shall fill the Online Application Form and Option / Preference Form.
Aspiring candidates will be able to submit Online Application form through the web site http://www.dte.org.in/posthscdiploma2013 once the Application ID is activated by the ARC from where Application Kit is purchased.
The candidate should sign on the printout of online filled Application Form and attach the required attested copies of certificates.
All Maharashtra State candidates should report in person to the ARC for confirmation along with attested true copies and original documents for verification. Applications submitted online and subsequently confirmed at ARCs will only be considered valid forfurther processing. Candidates are required to pay Rs.100/- in cash as a processing fee for Round(s).
• It is not required/ not mandatory for the candidate to go to ARC for confirmation of online option form, however candidate can avail the facility of ARC for filling and confirmation of option form. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- in cash as facilitation fee for each of CAP Round I and II (for Pharmacy & HMCT only) at ARC if the facilitation of ARC is availed by the candidate. Candidates are advised not to disclose their passwords to the ARC.
Once the candidate confirms his/her Option/Preference form online through his/her Login ID for the respective admission rounds from a place convenient to him/her, Candidate will not be able to change/cancel the option/preference submitted under any circumstances.
