Karnataka PGCET 2013 application form

I want to do MTech in Karnataka through PGCET 2013 (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test ) conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority. How is the procedure to apply for MTech PGCET 2013?

Candidates have to pay an amount of Rs. 600/- for General and OBC (Rs.300/- for SC / ST Category-1) through NEFT from any Nationalised Bank payable to Account No. 878333780 with NEFT / IFSC Code IDIB000M010 at the Indian Bank, Malleshwaram Branch, Bangalore and send an e-mail to Administrative Officer, KEA at keauthority-ka@nic.in. Candidate will receive a UTR Number for having paid the requisite application fee from the Bank.
