Attach attested copy of (i) Certificate of Class X Board Examination for verification of Date of Birth, (ii) Mark sheets of Class XII Board Examination, (iii) Copy of the Eligibility Certificate or Eligibility Note for students passed in 2013 (if received by the candidate, not mandatory), (iv) Copy of the Rank Certificate for JEE (Main) or JEE (Advanced) for Engineering/ NEET for Medical Examination/ NTSE/ International Olympiad Medalists/ JBNSTS and (v) Endorsement Certificate from Principal of the College/ Director or Registrar of the Institute or University where the applicant is presently enrolled/ admitted.
