I want to apply for the America for further study in Bachelor level program.What would be useful for me either IELTS or SAT?

Sat stands for
Scholastic Aptitude Tests and Scholastic Assessment Tests, exams marks scored are valid for two years the fees is around 6500/ and the test can be given at Pearson VUE’s Test Centers
IELTS exams marks scored are valid for two years the fees is around 8900/ and the test can be given at 2 centres that is British Council & IDP
