XLRI XAT 2014 application form

I want to apply for PGDM at XLRI. Came to know that admissions are made on the basis of XAT 2014. Can i know from where to get the application form to apply for XAT 2014?

XAT Registration: By paying online / cash / demand draft, visit www.xatonline.net.in
Fee details: XAT Registration fee: Rs. 950/- for General candidates (Rs.650/- for SC/ST candidates)
Test Centres: XAT will be conducted in 44 cities across the country and 2 overseas centres.
XAT Registration begins August 12,2013 and ends November 22,2013
XLRI Registration begins September 02,2013 and ends December 21,2013
