IBPS RRB-How select language section- English or Hindi

Hi friends, this thread specially for this persons who will appear for IBPS RRB exam which held on 21-9/22-9 and there after Assistants in RRB.

Every candidate know a exam pattern of IBPS RRB. but problem is that in Language section there are two parts. English or Hindi. Candidate confuse how this select? Which Base point should be consider for this selection?

I request to all buddy of this forum plz provide some info for this problem.
