BCA in UG can apply for Masters in Psychology?

Hello friends,
One of my friend completed BCA in UG and would like to take any psychology course in masters. Is it feasible to shift from BCA to psychology in masters and also what are all the respective different courses available? Which will be the best to go and the nature of jobs available consequently?
