Both are good if depends your interest...if you like a peaceful, steadily paced job, job security than go with government job. but if want 6 six figure salary in quick span of time, if you have skills and expertise on a particular niche, and want to be a part of corporate world then go with private job. I hope this clear your doubt..

If you are highly qualified then prefer to join PVt organization cause they will pay you almost double then the government salary. But if you are not highly qualified then Go for the government job. Job security is the biggest advantage for such workers.

it depends upon an individual which type of job you prefer but if you want a challenging and personality developing sort of job. Then go for private sector but be prepared for the uncertainties and the ups and downs associated with it.

Hello,
I believe the job you prefer depends on your current situation (Money-wise).
If you have (at least some) savings, you may find it appealing to give it a shot and try to grab that high paying job in the corporate world while you are young.
On the other hand, if you are barely making ends meet, you will prefer working right away in a medium/low paying but secure government job that will make your life easier instantly!
