I am a 1992 BSc pass candinate and have a software development indutry expereince of around 15 years. Now I want to move into research work in same domain. Since I have lost touch of studies I preferrabely feel that I cannot complete my Masters for PhD / MS by resarch.

By what qualification and industry experience I have whats the best filed / research organization I can join with minimum further education?
