Are the UPTU SEE (Uttar Pradesh Technical University State Entrance Exam) is better process to select the students for engineering?[/size][/font]

yeah it is good but the best is IITJEE, if some one wants admission in local engineering college that i suggest UPTU SEE other wise IIT JEE is the best.

This is really difficult to passes this examination. Might be you need one year or much more exam preparation for passes out this examination. but once you may clear it you are successfully get entry in engineering field.
