If we talk about low cost, we must make sure it is complete cost of education and no hidden charges are there, cost of tuition, hostel, food, insurance, visa and first year expenses (application, invitation, visa, insurance, first air ticket, airport pickup and post admission services)
It actually Depends on priority if priority is money
China (Best Infra, low cost of education and living, Govt Universities, 5 year course, many of the universities are situated at cold cities)
Kyrgyzstan (low cost but quality of education and safety/security is always a concern, cold country, 5 year course)
Russia (Govt. Universities, decent quality of education, 6 year’s course, one of few oldest destination for medical education, very cold)
Philippines (5.5 to 6 year course, admission in BS followed by NMAT and MD, admission process is the biggest challenge, low cost of living, environment of city is not matching with Indian culture and values)
Kazakhstan (5 year’s course, decent quality of education and cost of living and education, cold country)
Ukraine (6 year’s course, decent quality of education, government universities, one of few oldest destination for medical education, cold country)
