Please provide the relevant information to apply for CEE Kerala PG Dental entrance exam 2015 to get MDS admissions in Government colleges of Kerala

Prospectus and online application form are available from 11.12.2014 to 22.12.2014, 3 p.m at CEE website http://cee.kerala.gov.in/mds2015/main/index.php

All candidates including SQ seeking admission to the MDS Courses 2015 can apply online and then remit the required fee at any of the branches of State Bank of Travancore using the bank chalan available with the printout of the online application. The candidates outside Kerala can remit the application fee by way of a Demand Draft for the requisite amount, drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Application fee for GQ/SQ candidates is Rs.1000/-;SC/ST candidates is Rs.500/; SQ candidates seeking admission in GQ also, should pay extra Rs.1000/-

All Candidates including service candidates seeking admission to the MDS Courses should take the printout of the online application and forward their completed application with all the required documents mentioned in clause Vlll(e) of the prospectus to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram — 695 001, either by Registered Post/ Speed Post/Hand Delivery so as to reach him before 5 pm on 22.12.2014.
