Where can i get the application form for the UGC exam?? Does they start giving the forms for dec-2009 exams.

I want to appear for NET exam Dec 2009 for Computer Science.
The Application Form is available on csirhrdg.res.in. The problem is the list of sujects in it does not have computer science in it.

Am I referring to incorrect exam application ? Is there a seperate exam for UGC NET for rest of the subjects ? Confused a little bit. Can anyone help me ?

Hi...I'm facing the same problem regarding the application for Forensic science. I know it does not come under the CSIR-UGC jointly conducted test but i'm unable to find the notification for UGC-NET anywhere on the internet as well.

However i had found this blog which stated that the notification for UGC-NET is yet to come out. Its pretty confusing!

It would be really helpful if someone could share any information they have regarding this, as time is running out to apply for dec '09 exam.Please tell me where I can find the notification and the procedures to apply.

Hi....I think the notification for UGC-Net exam to be held in December 2009 has not come yet...it is yet to come...I checked in Employment news 12th September edition..it is not there also..waiting for next edition...If you can have a look at earlier editions of Employment News..that will be great...and let me know if it is there...

The Notification came only for 5 subjects
1. Chemical Sciences,
2. Earth Atmospheric Ocean and Planetary Sciences
3. Life Sciences
4. Mathematical Sciences
5. Physical Sciences

For other subjects the notification is yeat to come

Yes please do put up the notification if possible when it comes out. Also I would like to know if anyone is aware whether a masters degree from the UK is recognised by the UGC to determine eligibility for NET?
