I have completed +2 with 58% marks. Am i eligible to apply for NEST (National Entrance Screening Test) 2015?

Students should be born on or after July 22, 1995 in General and OBC category. The age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ ST/ Physically Disabled (PD) candidates.
Applicants should be qualifying 12th examination passed in either 2013, 2014.Those candidate who are appearing in 12th board exam are also eligible.
Candidate should be passed with 60% marks in 12th board examination.
For SC/ST candidate minimum 55% are required to fill the NEST 2015 application form

According to NEST eligibility criteria 2015, the candidates of general and OBC category should be born on or after july 22, 1995 and relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST candidates. The students who passed out XII in 2013 and 2014 with aggregate 60% and 55% for (SC) (ST) and (PD) are also eligibile.
