Diploma in Mech. Enginnering, but now What???

I had completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2011 and I am doing a job in Reputed Industry.
But I think that career growth is not moving as expected.
What can I do???

Take degree in Mechanical you will get better opportunities.
