BHEL FAEA scholarship to do MBBS

My brother wants to apply for BHEL scholarship that is given to do UG studies. He is planning to do MBBS. Is the scholarship available for doing MBBS or other professional courses?

Eligibility to apply for BHEL FAEA scholarship:
(i) Students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections in the BPL category
(ii) Students who have passed Class XII from a recognized board in India
(iii) 1st year under-graduate students.
