MBA will be more good for you than one year diploma course.And the main thing to consider is do MBA from the reputed institute only then only it will have value.There are many institute now-a-days which provides MBA programs.Choose wisely.

Instead of MBA in retail just go for a PGDBM in prestigious institutes like NARSEE MONJEE UNIVERSITY in distance mode and join a job.
