Initially you have to do CCNA Routing and switching certification where you learn how to setup small network using router and switches. After that you can go for advance level CCNP and CCIE.
CCIE is the most demanding and highest payable certification in networking field. This is very easy to get high salary packages job after CCIE certification.

There are many great certificates or courses to learn networking. CompTIA Network+ is where you should start. CompTIA Network+ is a vendor neutral certificate that is about networks fundamentals, basics understanding and how to fix simple network issues.
After completing CompTIA Network+
searching for an Entry-Level Networking Job and studding CCNA Routing and Switching.
