Download the syllabus of Combined Medical Services examination 2016 conducted by UPSCÂ for the recruitment of 1009 Assistant Divisional Medical Officer, Assistant Medical Officer, Junior Scale Posts, General Duty Medical Officer vacancies on temporary basis.

The Computer based examination have 2 papers, each paper is 2 hour examination and have questions for 250 marks

CMS Exam paper 1 Pattern and Scheme
1. General Ability:Â 30 Questions
2. General Medicine: 70 Questions
3. Paediatrics: 20 Questions

Â CMS Exam Paper II Pattern and Scheme
1. Surgery : 40 questions
2. Gynecology & Obstetrics : 40 questions
3. Preventive & Social Medicine : 40 questions
