It is not clear from what they have mentioned in this page. May be some expert here can visit this page and can give you accurate information.

Do a search for 'list of universities recognised by ugc' in google or visit
http://www.educationobserver.com/resourc...erssities/
and click the related state to see the list of universities.

Singhania University has been established by an Act in Rajasthan Assembly by the government. Threrefore it is approved for running and awarding any degree programmes. Look in the year 2008 at this government site: http://rajassembly.nic.in/acts_raj.htm

Avoid Singhania University. Be careful on your enrollment with the university. They have been a regular degree college that has been upgraded into an university subsequently. You can also make out that the university is sub standard to a large extent and they have inadequate facilities. Their teaching faculty, admin staff are ill- trained and most of them fail to pass even basic english skills. They also mislead students on their admission process. They first direct to you remit money into their account and then make you run from pillar to post. Save yourself time and effort and enrol into other well know and established universities. There are paid agents who write in blogs who also doenst get paid ....Lol.....
